At Rat & Boa, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked transition back to our warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
